The Mormon Wars and Joseph Smith's 1831 "9/11" Prophecy
MormonZeitgeist.com has published documented evidence, from the Mormon religion itself, that proves that the entire theology of the Mormon religion is based on secret prophesies that teach America will be destroyed. More specifically, they teach that the Mormon religion will vanquish “Christianity”, conquer America and convert America into a “Mormon Kingdom of Zion”, which will be a “bona fide government of God” led by a Mormon “King of Zion”. The Mormon religion’s secret prophesies include “Daniels’s Prophecy of the Rise of the Kingdom of God in the last Days”, “The Doctrine of the Constitution Hanging by a Thread”, ”The Parable of the Wheat and the Tares”, “The Doctrine of the Gospel versus the Law” and many other virtually unknown “doctrines” and prophesies, which are still considered canon today. Few people in America today are aware that Joseph Smith and the Mormons have fought 3-wars against the United States Government between 1830 and 1858 (the “Missouri War”, the “Illinois War” and the “Utah War”). After Smith’s attempted coup against the U.S. Government in 1844, Brigham Young led his Mormons out of Illinois and into the Mexican Territories so they could form their own sovereign Mormon nation (which they called Deseret), which would finally be free from interference by the United States. Brigham Young even declared Deseret’s independence from the United States on September 15, 1857, which began the Utah War. But, one of the most incredible Mormon secrets is that Joseph Smith wrote a prophecy about September the 11th, in 1831 after the Mormons were forced out of New York for owning slaves.
By September of 1831, Joseph Smith and his main contingent of Mormons were living in Kirtland, Ohio because they were forced out of New York State due to the combined issues of slavery and their radical religious theology. Smith was seething with angry after he and his Mormons were forced out of New York State in the winter of 1830, and this same intense anger led Smith to draft the very first version of the “Mormon Oath of Vengeance against America”, begin requiring all of his followers to pledge the “Oath” in a Mormon temple and to write his little-known 9/11 prophecy. Smith fastidiously documented all of his religious prophesies in his Book of Commandments, which the Mormon religion later canonized as the Doctrine & Covenants. The Book of Commandments is where Smith documented his September 11, 1831 prophecy about 9/11, which reads:
“For after today cometh the burning for verily I say, tomorrow all the proud and they that do wickedly shall be as stubble; and I will burn them up, for I am the Lord of Hosts; and I will not spare any that remain in Babylon.”
Incredibly, Smith’s 9/11 prophecy is hardly the only reference to 9/11 in Mormon lore. And, many Mormons today are aware of this fact. 5-years later, in 1836, as the Missouri conflict escalated into a full-fledged war, Joseph Smith wrote a letter to his chief military commander in Missouri, Lyman Wight, wherein he called upon Wight to remain steadfast because he explained, “…September 11, 1836…is the appointed time for the redemption of Zion”. The letter to Wight was sent from Smith’s main base of operations in Kirtland, Ohio where he financed the Mormon’s Missouri war operations from his Mormon-owned Kirtland Safety Society Bank, which was also being operated illegally without a State Banking Charter. Smith also communicated to Wight that he had just obtained the services of an army of mercenary soldiers under the command of Brigham Young, and that these reinforcements were currently en-route to Far West, Missouri where they would soon join with the Mormon Militia and escalate the war with the non-Mormon “gentiles” of Missouri. A third reference to September 11th occurs 21-years later, in 1857, in the Mormon nation of Deseret (Utah Territory) when Mormon danites and what remained of Smith’s 1844 Nauvoo Legion massacred 120 innocent men, women and children and then tried to blame it on “the Indians”. John D. Lee, a danite, Brigham Young's adopted son and the only Mormon ever to be prosecuted for this atrocity claimed that Brigham Young ordered the attack himself in retaliation for President Buchanan’s order to remove Young as Utah’s Territorial Governor. Today, this act of domestic terrorism is known as the Mountain Meadows Massacre, and it remained the worst act of domestic terrorism until the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. Incredibly, not only did Mormons plan and execute 9/11 in 1857, modern-day Mormon terrorists helped plan and execute the 1993 WTC bombing, the 1995 OKC bombing and September 11, 2001.
The Mormon Religion and the theft of Freemasonry
What could be the genesis of a Mormon religion, whose greatest prophecy “Daniel’s prophecy of the Rise of the Kingdom of God in the Last Days” foretells the destruction of “Christianity” and the United States Government? Well, this gets rather interesting, and complicated. And, as incredible as it may seem the Mormon religion’s formalized body of theology owes its genesis to Smith’s and his Mormons’ racist beliefs and Smith’s plagiarized and bastardized version of freemasonry. Today, the Mormon religion tries to propagate the lie that Brigham Young was the religion’s racist, and that Joseph Smith was really a progressive abolitionist who would have run for President of the United States on an abolitionist platform in 1844 had he not been “assassinated”. In fact, this great Mormon lie has grown to such an extent that Peter Hinks’ and John McKivigan’s fictionalized Mormon section in Encyclopedia of Anti-slavery and Abolition even has the audacity to claim that Smith was assassinated to prevent him from running for President of the United States in 1844. They also make the claim that Smith would have been elected President and would have ended slavery two decades before Abraham Lincoln did in 1863. The Mormon religion even published Smith’s fake abolitionist platform in 1886, 42-years after his death, in an effort to whitewash Smith’s and the Mormons’ racist history. This bogus Mormon tome is entitled The Prophet Joseph Smith’s Views on the Power and Policy of the Government of the United States and was first published in 1886. It also coincides with the Mormon religion’s launch of a strategic public relations campaign whose sole purpose was gaining Statehood for Utah, which the Mormon religion was desperate for and needed if they were to maintain any semblance of autonomy in the Utah Territory.
Joseph Smith’s father, Joseph Sr., was a Mason who introduced Freemasonry to his sons Hyrum and Joseph. And, it is alleged that Hyrum Smith, six years Joseph’s senior, was even named after the great Hyrum Abiff of Masonic lore. Joseph Smith Sr. was also Presbyterian and it’s no coincidence that both the Presbyterian Church (Church of Scotland) and Freemasonry have their genesis in the Scottish reformation movement and Scottish Lore. Joseph Smith Jr. became a Mason on March 15, 1842, in Nauvoo, Ill., and became a 33rd degree master Mason the very next day. It’s documented in History of the Church that Smith’s initiation took place in his private office in his personal residence, which also served as his “Masonic Lodge Room”. Weeks after Smith’s initiation into Freemasonry he began teaching other Mormon leaders the rights of Freemasonry, and within 6-months Smith’s lodge had 286 members. Primary to Smith’s Masonic teachings were washings, anointing, endowments and the “communication of keys”. There is little doubt that Smith’s primary interest in Freemasonry was its rituals, which could be adapted to his Mormon religion. Like Solomon of Masonic lore, Smith viewed himself as a temple builder and Smith’s Nauvoo Mormon temple was completed in 1844, which is also was the same year Smith was shot trying to escape from Carthage jail. Smith's own temple records document that his “Mormon Temple endowment” occurring on May 4, 1842. History of the Church also documents that Joseph Smith introduced Masonic rituals as Mormon Temple rituals on May 4, 1842 and that Smith declared that all of this was "received as a revelation from God". 7-weeks later, History of the Church documents Smith saying, “In the evening I received the first degree in Freemasonry in the Nauvoo Lodge.", and the next day saying, "I was with the Masonic Lodge and rose to the sublime degree" (reference to becoming a 33rd degree Mason).
Dr. Reed Durham, director of the LDS Institute of Religion, made a controversial discovery regarding the Mormon/Freemason connection in 1974, and gave a rather revealing report on the subject to the Utah History Association on April 20, 1974. During his presentation, Durham presented the Jupiter Talisman that Smith always held in his possession and documented that Joseph always carried the Talisman on his person, between 1826 when he was convicted on money-digging charges and believing in magic and his death in 1844. The Jupiter Talisman contains symbols pertaining to astrology and magic, and Smith’s Jupiter Talisman was discovered along with other “items of magic” that belonging to his brother Hyrum. It is also documented that Smith’s finals words as he was shot jumping from the upper floor of the Carthage, Ill jailhouse in 1844, were, “Oh, Lord my God, is there no help for the widow’s son”. This phrase is the secret sign/token of a Master Mason in distress and fellow Masons are bound by honor to come to the aid of the person making the distress call, unless they themselves might be being killed or mortally wounded. But, apparently Durham’s revealing presentation was a bit too revealing for the Mormon religion, because shortly after Durham giving his presentation, he was highly criticized by the religion’s hierarchy for making the matter public. Early Mormon/Masons included Joseph Smith Sr., Joseph Smith Jr., Hyrum Smith, Brigham Young, Heber C. Kimball, Newel K. Whitney, John C. Bennett, John Taylor, Sidney Rigdon, and many others. And, shortly after obtaining their Mormon Temple “endowments”, Joseph Smith and all the Mormons he made Masons were expelled from the Masonic Order for violating their sacred oaths.

Subsequent to the death of Joseph Smith in 1844, and the expulsion of Smith’s Mormon religious leaders by Order of the Masons, the Nauvoo Masonic Lodge was suspended on April 10, 1845 at the request of Brigham Young. At the time, Illinois Governor Young had given Brigham Young and his Nauvoo, IL Mormons until the end of 1845 to leave Illinois entirely. Consequently, at the time Young was more concerned with leading his Mormons into the Mexican territories than in infusing Freemasonry into the Mormon religion. The Mexican territories were chosen as the Mormons’ next destination because they were viewed as being expansive enough for a new sovereign Mormon nation that would finally be free from interference by the United States Government. Interestingly enough, the time span between when Smith was granted his Masonic charter for Nauvoo and when the lodge was ultimately suspended, is only 3 years. While Smith’s Masonic lodge was short lived, it also became the largest lodge in the country with approximately 1,500 members. At the same time, there were only 157 Masons in the rest of Illinois and only 2,027 Masons in the entire United States. Ironically, Joseph Smith was killed on June 27, 1844, only 2-months after the dedication of his Nauvoo Masonic Lodge. But, try and imagine Smith indoctrinating all of his Mormon “High Priests” into Freemasonry, with all its rituals, and then turning right around and integrating these same rituals and symbology into his Mormon religion. Smith and his cadre of followers would have had to have been imbeciles not to have noticed that all of the Masonic rituals, symbology, secret handshakes, passwords, keys and oaths were now Mormon rituals, symbology, secret handshakes, passwords, keys and oaths.
Smith, who was no dummy, also knew he would eventually have to explain this to his loyal followers. And, as it turns out, this really wouldn’t be a hard task to accomplish at all. And, non-Mormons who have ever tried to logic with a Mormon have probably witnessed their deft skill at avoiding direct answers with circuitous logic and using mendacious “doublespeak”. Additionally, can you imagine any Mormon brave enough to question their very own “Prophet of God” who wrote the Book of Mormon, and who by now had by now been perpetrating fraud for over 24-years, since the “first vision” in 1820? Smith’s explanation was to simply announce that the Masons had corrupted the original Masonic rituals, as originally introduced to the Mason’s by God himself during Solomon’s time, and explained that the “Endowment ceremony” needed to be restored back to the same original and pure form it was in during Adam's time. This then was Smith’s justification for stealing the entire symbology and ritualistic foundation of Freemasonry, including the beehive, the all-seeing eye, the clasped hands, the Masonic square, the compass and everything else, and then integrating all of this into the Mormon religion. Not surprisingly, this same symbology can still be seen in Mormon culture today. Utah is the “Beehive State”, the flag of the Nauvoo Legion, which Smith formed to overthrow the United States with Military force, contains the “All-Seeing Eye”, and other Masonic symbols have been integrated into the sacred Mormon underwear, which is symbolic of being disemboweled should any Mormon reveal the sacred (Masonic) oaths of the Mormon religion. Today, the Mormon religion utilizes its expertise in deception, intimidation, repression and violence to expunge the real genesis of Mormon symbology and Mormon (Masonic) Temple rituals from general knowledge.

Thomas Paine also played a major role in formulating Joseph Smith’s Mormon religion. Paine, who lived between 1737 and 1809, was many things during his diverse life, including intellectual, author, printer, inventor, tobacconist, radical, prisoner, charlatan, Quaker, soldier of fortune, corsetmaker, intellectual and ordained Minister for the Church of England. Paine also lays claim to being the “Father of the American Revolution” because of the pro-independence pamphlet he published anonymously on January 10, 1776, entitled Common Sense. Another of Paine’s well-known discourses is The Age of Reason; Being an Investigation of True and Fabulous Theology. Age of Reason is a deistic tome published in three parts in 1794, 1795, and 1807, became a bestseller in America and caused a short-lived deistic revival . Age of Reason advocated deism, promoted reason and freethinking, and argued against institutionalized religion and Christian doctrines. There is little doubt that Paine greatly influenced Smith’s Mormon religion or that Paine’s philosophies formed the basis for Smith’s decision to break-free from all of the other religions of the day to start his own. And, just as Smith’s integrated his so-called concept of “free-agency”, which now appears to have been expunged from Mormonism, Paine’s philosophies also called for the "free rational inquiry" into all subjects, especially religion. Coincidentally, Paine also published Origin of Freemasonry in New York in 1818. Further, the excerpts from “Origin” shown below are quite interesting and seem to exactly mirror certain aspects of Joseph Smith’s body of theology as documented in History of the Church:
1. Pertaining to Egypt’s influence on Freemasonry:
“…Though the Masons have taken many of their ceremonies and hieroglyphics from the ancient Egyptians, it is certain they have not taken their chronology from thence. If they had, the church would soon have sent them to the stake; as the chronology of the Egyptians, like that of the Chinese, goes many thousand years beyond the Bible chronology.” – Origin of Freemasonry
“…The religion of the Druids, as before said, was the same as the religion of the ancient Egyptians. The priests of Egypt were the professors and teachers of science, and were styled priests of Heliopolis, that is, of the City of the Sun.” – Origin of Freemasonry
“…Egypt," says Smith [Paine is referring to Captain George Smith, inspector of the Royal Artillery Academy at Woolwich, in England, and Provincial Grand Master of Masonry for the county of Kent who published a treatise entitled, The Use and Abuse of Free-Masonry] from whence we derive many of our mysteries, has always borne a distinguished rank in history, and was once celebrated above all others for its antiquities, learning, opulence, and fertility. In their system, their principal hero- gods, Osiris and Isis, theologically represented the Supreme Being and universal Nature; and physically the two great celestial luminaries, the Sun and the Moon, by whose influence all nature was actuated." "The experienced brethren of the society, [says Smith in a note to this passage] are well informed what affinity these symbols bear to Masonry, and why they are used in all Masonic Lodges." In speaking of the apparel of the Masons in their Lodges, part of which, as we see in their public processions, is a white leather apron, he says, "the Druids were apparelled in white at the time of their sacrifices and solemn offices. The Egyptian priests of Osiris wore snow-white cotton. The Grecian and most other priests wore white garments. As Masons, we regard the principles of those 'who were the first worshipers of the true God,' imitate their apparel, and assume the badge of innocence." – Origin of Freemasonry
"…The Egyptians," continues Smith, "in the earliest ages constituted a great number of Lodges, but with assiduous care kept their secrets of Masonry from all strangers. These secrets have been imperfectly handed down to us by oral tradition only, and ought to be kept undiscovered to the laborers, craftsmen, and apprentices, till by good behavior and long study they become better acquainted in geometry and the liberal arts, and thereby qualified for Masters and Wardens, which is seldom or never the case with English Masons." – Origin of Freemasonry
“…Though the Masons have taken many of their ceremonies and hieroglyphics from the ancient Egyptians” – Origin of Freemasonry
2. Pertaining to the ancient Jews and Freemasonry:
“…And we learn from the history of the Jewish Kings, 2 Kings xxii. xxiii. that the worship of the Sun was performed by the Jews in that Temple. It is, however, much to be doubted if it was done with the same scientific purity and religious morality with which it was performed by the Druids, who, by all accounts that historically remain of them, were a wise, learned, and moral class of men. The Jews, on the contrary, were ignorant of astronomy, and of science in general, and if a religion founded upon astronomy fell into their hands, it is almost certain it would be corrupted. We do not read in the history of the Jews, whether in the Bible or elsewhere, that they were the inventors or the improvers of any one art or science. Even in the building of this temple, the Jews did not know how to square and frame the timber for beginning and carrying on the work, and Solomon was obliged to send to Hiram, King of Tyre (Zidon) to procure workmen; "for thou knowest, (says Solomon to Hiram, i Kings v. 6.) that there is not among us any that can skill to hew timber like unto the Zidonians." This temple was more properly Hiram's Temple than Solomon's, and if the Masons derive any thing from the building of it, they owe it to the Zidonians and not to the Jews. -- But to return to the worship of the Sun in this Temple.” – Origin of Freemasonry
The efforts of Joseph Smith and his Mormons to plagiarize Freemasonry in the 1840’s and integrate it into their religious cult obviously did not sit well with the real Freemasons, and they never forgot what the Mormons did in Nauvoo, either. In February of 1858, the Mormon nation of Deseret was vanquished by the United States Government in what is now known as the Utah War, and the Utah Territory (what was left of Deseret) was forced to agree to be governed in accordance with the Judeo-Christian Laws of the United States rather than Brigham Young’s theocratic Mormon rule. Because of this, some semblance of American society did begin to creep into Utah’s Mormon culture. By 1925, the Masons even opened a Grand Lodge in Utah. However, the Grand Lodge of Utah prohibited Mormons from holding membership in any of their lodges and provided for the expulsion of any members who were currently members of the Mormon religion. Even while the Grand Lodge of Utah maintained this restriction against Mormons, lodges outside of Utah did allow Mormons to affiliate and preside, but most if not all of those Mormons were converts to the Mormon religion. The Grand Lodge of Utah was the only state that had formal restrictions against a religious group or denomination, and the ban was not lifted until 1984. It is also very important for the reader to understand that in addition to Freemasonry and the deist philosophies of Thomas Paine, Christianity is yet another key ingredient of the Mormon religion. It is a well-known fact that much of Smith’s Book of Mormon was plagiarized from the King James version of the Bible. However, as incredible as it may seem, probably the most seminal impact that influenced the formation of Joseph Smith’s fledgling Mormon religion was the Missouri Compromise of 1820, which relegated slavery to the States south of the Mason-Dixon Line. This event created the catalyst, which combined and emulsified all of these ingredients into the Mormon religion, and explains its history of violence against the United States and Christianity.
The Genesis of Mormon Religion and the REAL “First Vision
Joseph Smith recorded in History of the Church, "My father's family was proselyted to the Presbyterian faith, and four of them joined that church - namely my mother Lucy, my brothers Hyum and Samuel Harrison; and my sister Sophronia". "History" also records the following passage pertaining to the young prophet's vision from God regarding which church to join:
“…My object in going to inquire of the Lord was to know which of all the sects was right, that I might know which to join. No sooner, therefore, did I get possession of myself, so as to be able to speak, than I asked the personages who stood above me in the light, which of all the sects was right--and which I should join. I was answered that I must join none of them, for they were all wrong, and the personage who addressed me said that all their creeds were an abomination in His sight: that those professors were all corrupt; that "they draw near to me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me; they teach for doctrines the commandments of men: having a form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof." He again forbade me to join with any of them: and many other things did he say unto me, which I cannot write at this time. When I came to myself again, I found myself lying on my back, looking up into heaven. When the light had departed, I had no strength; but soon recovering in some degree, I went home. And as I leaned up to the fireplace, mother inquired what the matter was. I replied, "Never mind, all is well--I am well enough off." I then said to my mother,--I have learned for myself that Presbyterianism is not true." – History of the Church
This passage helps explain why Joseph Smith chose not to join any of the Churches that existed in upper New York State at the time, and chose instead to create a brand-new religion that would ultimately be plagiarized from Christianity, Freemasonry, and deist philosophies of the day. Un-edited passages from historical Mormon documents also reveal other virtually unknown aspects about the Mormon religion Smith created, and the theology that Smith originally integrated into his brand-new fledgling religion in 1830. Very telling is the fact that Smith chose to expunge and denigrate the legacy of the Judaism, and label all of the dark-skinned people of the world as Lamanites who, Mormon theology taught, were cursed with “the mark of Cain”. These people, according to the Mormon religion, would never be allowed become full members of the religion or hold the Mormon priesthood. But incredibly, the real key to understanding the racist aspect of Smith’s Mormon religion lies in understanding the real reason why Joseph Smith and his Mormons were forced out of New York in the winter of 1830 in the first place, which is also the year the Mormon religion was officially incorporated as a religion. The incredible truth is that members of Smith’s Mormon religion owned slaves in upstate New York, around Fayette & Palmyra, when Congress passed the Missouri Compromise of 1820, which determined that slavery should be confined to States south of the Mason-Dixon Line. The cadre of Mormons who combined to incorporate as the Church of Christ [Original name of the Mormon religon] in 1830 were not pleased at the prospect of having to either relocate or give up their slaves. These same people also began openly teaching that “Christianity” and America would be “conquered” by the Mormon religion and that America would become a “Mormon Kingdom of Zion” because it was vile and corrupt (because it was “of the Jew”). This is the real reason why Smith and his Mormons were forced out of New York State in 1830 and began migrating to Missouri, which was a slave state. It’s also the real reason Blacks weren’t allowed to hold the Mormon “Melchizedek priesthood” until 1978.
Mormon racism is further illustrated in the Mormon religion's secret "Doctrine of Cain", which is called the "Two-seeds Doctrine" by today’s radical Mormon “Identity Christians”. The "Doctrine of Cain" or "Two-seeds Doctrine" originated from the "Book of Enoch" of Masonic lore, which forms the basis of the secret knowledge that Freemasons are charged with protecting and propagating even today. However, while this doctrine does have its genesis in Freemasonry, Smith twisted and mutated it to such an extent that it no longer resembles anything in Masonic lore. Between 1842 and 1844, Smith undertook a complete restructuring of his Mormon religion in an attempt to legitimize his already racist, polygamist and anti-American Mormon theology, and it was during this same period that Smith formally introduced his bastardized version of Masonic lore into his Mormon religion. This same period of time also coincides with Smith formally introducing a number of key new principles into his religion including, introducing polygamy as a “revelation of God” (taken from Islam), introducing the doctrine of “The Gospel versus the Law”, which taught that the Mormon religion was the law of the land and superseded the “Christian” laws of Moses and the Judeo-Christian laws of the United States (taken from Sharia Law of Islam), restoring God’s Mormon “Melchizedek Priesthood”, which elevated all Mormon males to the status of “man-Gods” who could transcend “Man’s Laws” (Judeo-Christian Laws of America) and the “Laws of Moses” whenever they deemed necessary, being ordained as the first “Mormon King of Zion” by his secret “Council of 50”, which Smith claimed held dominion over the United States. He also appointing Brigham Young as his “President of the United States”, formed the Nauvoo Legion to overthrow the Government of the United States with military force and announced his candidacy for President of the United States in 1844 as a means of gaining legitimate control of the United States Government.
The cornerstone of Smith’s upgraded Mormon theology between 1842 and 1844 lies in a secret Mormon prophecy called “Daniel’s Prophecy of the Rise of the Kingdom of God in the Last Days”, which Smith also created and formalized during this same period of time. Incredibly, “Daniel” still forms the key theological foundation of the “mainstream” Utah Mormon religion today, is still considered canon and is often referenced by Mormon religious leaders in the Salt Lake Mormon Temple. In fact, in October of 1999, former Mormon President Gordon Hinckley addressed his Mormon faithful during the religion’s semi-annual conference in the Salt Lake Temple, and stated:
"...The almighty judge of the nations, the living God, determined that the times of which the prophets had spoken had arrived. Daniel had forseen a stone, which was cut out of the mountain without hands and which became a great mountain and filled the Earth." – Daniel’s Prophecy of the Rise of the Kingdom of God in the Last Days
For those not well versed in secret Mormon theology, Hinckley was quoting the prophecy of, "Daniel’s Prophecy of the Rise of the Kingdom of God in the Last Days”, which teaches that the Mormon Church will destroy Christianity, conquer America and convert America into a “Mormon Kingdom of Zion”. Again, this helps to explain why Joseph Smith chose not to join any of the established Churches that existed at the time, and chose instead to create a brand-new, and very radical, religion that would embrace slavery and destroy the Judeo-Christian culture that had the audacity to impose the Missouri Compromise of 1820 on the real lost tribe of Israel, which was Smiths’ Mormons. Not surprisingly, Smith’s actions seemed to mirror the same ideals that Thomas Paine espoused in Age of Reason, which was published between 1794 and 1807, and advocated deism, reason and freethinking, and aruged against institutionalized religion anc Christain doctrines. Smith's actions also seem to integrate the idelologies espoused in Thomas Paine's Origin of Freemasonry, which was publihsed in New York in 1818, right down to the integration of "good Freemasonry" that was adapted from Egyptian lore. It is no coincidence that Mormonism was built upon everything Egyptian, that Smith "translated" his Mormon bible from "reformed Egyptian" or that Smith "translated" his fraudulent Book of Abraham from Egyptian papyri prior to the time Egyptian heiroglyphics were even able to be translated, in 1858. Notice also Smith's denigration of "the Jew" in the excerpt from the secret Mormon prophecy of "Daniel" below, which appears similar to how "the Jews" were also denigrated in Paine's Origin of Freemasonry.
“…and some years later we have Paul saying to the contradicting and blaspheming Jews of Antioch in Pisidia: "It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you; but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo we turn to the Gentiles. For so hath the Lord commanded us." And so it came to pass that as Israel in those days rejected the Gospel of the kingdom which was first offered to them, so God also rejected them; and they have stood rejected to this day; smitten and trodden under foot of the Gentile races, a scoff, a hiss, and a byword in every land that they have inhabited: while the kingdom of God first offered to them was left to other people, to the Gentiles, who, for a season, brought forth the fruits thereof. But the fact that the kingdom then preached to the Jews was taken from them and given to another people, is proof positive that it was not the kingdom which was to fulfill the terms of Daniel's great prophecy…” – Mormon Prophecy of “Daniel”
The most likely genesis of the Mormon religion occurred in 1820 as a certain group of slave-owners in upper New York State got wind that the US Congress had just passed legislation known as the “Missouri Compromise of 1820”. Being Citizens of the northern states who adhered to the institution of slavery, and owing slaves themselves, they must have been incensed at legislation what would potentially turn their lives upside down. Obviously, they would have no recourse but to move to a State that allowed slavery, divest themselves of their slaves, or fight the Government. It seems the ill sentiment these would-be Mormons had towards the culture that created this new legislation resulted in their own strategy of creating their own brand-new religion, which would have to be protected by the Constitution. It is almost genius, the idea of breaking-off from the Judeo-Christian religion and Government that had caused their pain in the first place and, creating a brand new religion and government that would not be constrained by established cultural and religious beliefs. This was deism at its purest, Thomas Paine would be proud. It also cannot be a coincidence that Joseph Smith’s “first vision”, whereupon the Angel Moroni came to Joseph Smith and guides him to the “Golden Tablets”, occurred in 1820, the same year that Congressed passed the “Missouri Compromise of 1820”. Further, History of the Church documents all of the activities that Smith and his cadre of radical anti-Americans undertook between 1820 and 1830, which culminated in the formal incorporation of the Mormon religion on April 6, 1830, as the Church of Christ and publishing the Book of Mormon, also in 1830. Ending slavery in the “North” appears to be the real genesis of the Joseph Smith’s radical Mormon religion, and his real “first vision”. The excerpts from “Daniel” below leave little doubt as to real theology behind Smith’s new Mormon religion, which was pro-slavery, anti-Christian, anti-Jewish and anti-United States Government:
“…the conclusion is forced upon the mind that the Church founded by Jesus and the Apostles [Christian Religion] was not the fulfillment of Daniel's great prophecy respecting the kingdom which God promised to set up in the last days: and hence we may look for another dispensation beyond the times of the Apostles, which will culminate in subduing the kingdoms of this world and making them the kingdom of our God and His Christ [Mormon Religion}, followed by that reign of righteousness and peace of which all the prophets have spoken…” – Mormon Prophecy of “Daniel”
“…Having considered the Dispensation of the Meridian of Time and corrected the popular error, which confounds that dispensation with the Dispensation of the Fullness of Times, it is necessary now to consider the decline of the Christian religion…” – Mormon Prophecy of “Daniel”
“…The second special Scripture to which I have promised a separate consideration is the prophecy of Daniel relative to the succession of the great earth empires; and the final establishment of the Kingdom of God, which in "the last days" shall fill the whole earth and remain for ever. By an error on the part of Christian writers Daniel's Prophecy concerning the Kingdom of God to be set up in "the last days" is supposed to have been fulfilled by the founding of "The Spiritual Kingdom of Christ" in the days of Messiah's earthly ministry; and therefore the conclusion is drawn that those days were "the last days," and the dispensation then ushered in, the final dispensation of the Gospel. It is my purpose here to refute that error…” – Mormon Prophecy of “Daniel”
“…Thou, O king, art a king of kings: for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory. And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of gold. And after that shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee [Jewish Religion], and another third kingdom of beast, which shall bear rule over all the earth [Christian Religion]. And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron [Mormon religion]: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things…” – Mormon Prophecy of “Daniel”
“…And where thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms and it shall stand forever…” – Mormon Prophecy of “Daniel”
“…We are warranted in the belief, however, that it will be a tangible, bona fide government of God on earth, consisting of a king; subordinate officers; laws; subjects; and the whole earth for its territory--for its dominion. The coming forth of such a government, the founding of such a kingdom, is in harmony with all the hopes of all the saints, and the predictions of all the prophets who have touched upon the subject. It is the actual reign of Christ on earth with His Saints, in fulfillment of the hopes held out to them in every dispensation of the Gospel. It is to be the burden of the song of the redeemed out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation, that Christ has made them unto their God kings and priests--and we shall reign on the earth…" – Mormon Prophecy of “Daniel”
The modifications that Smith began integrating into his already radical Mormon religion between 1842 and 1844 only served to reinforced the basic theology of his original 1830 Mormon religion, which was based on notion that slavery was sanctioned by God, and that Christianity and the Judeo-Christian Laws of America were illegitimate because they were “of the Jew”. Incongruously, Mormons today are just starting to refer to themselves as “Christians”, and the Mormon hierarchy just beginning to refer to Mormonism as a “mainstream Christian religion”. But, the truth is that the Mormon hierarchy is only now trying to inculcate the notion that “Mormons are Christian” in order to make them appear more “mainstream” and to stem the tide of a dwindling domestic membership. But, the differences between Mormonism and Christianity are huge, and the National Council of Churches has never recognized the Mormon religion as a true “Christian” religion. A further insight into this strange and incongruous move may be illustrated by reviewing the infamous “Reed Smoot case”. In 1901, Reed Smoot’s election as a Utah Senator ignited a 4-year court battle to determine whether or not Smoot would be confirmed as Senator. Just one reason for this controversy was because Smoot allegedly committed an act of treason when he pledged the “Mormon Oath of Vengeance against America” in the Salt Lake temple. However, another revelation that came to the forefront as the court proceedings progressed was that that high-ranking Mormons were given permission by the Mormon religion’s “First Presidency” to enter into polygamous marriages after the “1890 Manifesto”, and another occurred when Apostle John Henry Smith was quoted as saying, “…the Manifesto was but a trick to beat the devil at his own game”. The implications are rather obvious and seem to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt the mendacious nature of the Mormon religion. They say they are “Christian”, yet they’ve always denigrated Christianity. Are they just lying to increase membership?
The nice Mormon missionaries will never tell you this today, but the so-called “mainstream “ Utah Mormons still teach the exact same Mormon theology that Joseph Smith formalized when he was attempting to overthrow the Government of the United State in 1844. And, you only begin to learn the real theology of the Mormon religion after being fully immersed in Mormonism, after you’ve already joined. The nice Mormon missionaries even go to school to learn how to cleverly disguise this fact. When potential converts are indoctrinated with “the lessons”, the nice missionary boys make sure to emphasize the Bible. But, the complete canonized body of Mormon theology (that they will officially tell you about) is really embodied in the Book of Mormon, the Pearl of Great Price and the Bible. And, if you happen to ask if they emphasize the Book of Mormon over the Bible over, they will say, “We believe in the Bible insomuch as it is not contradicted by the Book of Mormon”. This statement is a mendacious inside joke, because Mormon theology is completely different from “Christian” theology and the Book of Mormon contradicts everything in the Bible. For example, Mormon theology teaches that the Virgin Mary was impregnated by the Mormon God Elohim who lives on a planet that revolves around the great governing star of Kolob, that the Devil and God are actually brothers and that the Mormon “Prophecy of Daniel” is not the same “Prophecy of Daniel” that God spoke of in the Bible. Those indoctrinated, shall we say, are not told the truth and are essentially tricked into joining the Mormon religion primarily for tithes. Further, unsuspecting new converts typically don’t begin learning the incredible truth until after months or years of attending Mormon religious services and being indoctrination into the real theology of Mormonism. By then it is very difficult to get out.
Even though the so-called “mainstream” Mormon religion believes in the same theology that Joseph Smith believed in, it incurs much less risk today than it incurred during 1800’s when they were actually at war with America and were attempting to “conquer” America with military force. The reasons for this are twofold, first unbeknownst to most Americans, the Mormon religion today would be the nation’s 12th largest media company, if it were a real tax-paying corporation (which it is not). In 1933, the Mormon religion strategically began building its media assets under the tutelage of J. Reuben Clark after Clark became a member of the religion’s “First Presidency”. Clark, a Nazi sympathizer during World War II, is also quoted at the time as saying that he didn’t trust “American propaganda”. Consequently, rather than instigating open warfare as the Mormon religion did in the 1800s, the Mormon religion today simply uses its vast media resources to inculcate the notion that Mormonism is a “mainstream Christian religion” and that Mormons are honest and patriotic. Second, Americans today have been taught that it’s not “politically correct” speak-out against a religion, much less a so-called “mainstream religion”. And, since virtually no one today knows the REAL history or theology of the Mormon religion, the Mormon media machine is able to systematically disseminate the notion that Mormons are “mainstream”, religious and patriotic. But, at the same time, they imbed secret symbology that references the secret prophesies of the Mormon religion that only faithful Mormons who have been taught “not to cleave with the gentiles” can understand and reinforce the notion that “they are the true heirs to America” and that “the Mormon God Elohim actually inspired the Founding Fathers to write the Constitution so America would become a “Mormon Kingdom of Zion”.
Virtually every non-Mormon in American today would be in disbelief if they were told that Mormons were involved in most, if not every, act of treachery and domestic terrorism in the United States since 1830. since 1900 alone, the incredible and seemingly endless acts of Mormon treachery against the United States includes requiring “temple worthy” Mormons to pledge the “Mormon Oath of Vengeance against the United States” in a Mormon temple, no less, until 1927, the continuation of polygamy (even after the “1890 Manifesto”) in places that would be “hidden and protected by God” in accordance with Mormon President John Taylor’s 1884 prophecy, J. Reuben Clark’s 1957 “call-to-arms” in the Salt Lake Temple on April 6, 1957, whereupon he called upon all Mormons to “awaken", and begin fulfilling the "political destiny of the religion” and Mormon President Harold B. Lee’s disturbing reference to the secret Mormon prophecy of the “Doctrine of the Constitution Hanging by a Thread” in 1952, wherein he stated:
“Joseph Smith...[said] the time would come when the Constitution would hang as by a thread and at that time when it was thus in jeopardy, the elders of this Church would step forth and save it from destruction. Why the elders of this Church? “We alone know by revelation as to how the Constitution came into being, and we, alone, know by revelation the destiny of this nation” – Harold B. Lee, LDS apostle and future Mormon President. Conference Report, October 1952.
Other instances of Mormon treachery include planning and orchestrating the 1972 Watergate Conspiracy that ended Richard Nixon’s Presidency (Mark Felt, 2nd in command of the FBI and “Deep Throat” was Mormon as was columnist Jack Anderson who broke the story), the fake Howard Hughes “Mormon Will” that allegedly bequeathed 1/16 of Howard Hughes fortune to the Mormon religion in 1978, the 1985 “Salamander bombings” wherein future Mormon President Gordon Hinckley purchased counterfeit documents from master forger Mark Hoffman, Senator Orrin Hatch’s 1999 reference to the “Doctrine of the Constitution Hanging by a Thread" and Gordon Hinckley’s comment in November of 2001, just after 9/11:
"Those who observe us say that we are moving into the mainstream of religion. We are not changing. The world's perception of us is changing. We teach the same doctrine." - President Gordon B. Hinckley (November 2001)
Because virtually no non-Mormon American is aware of the real history and theology of the Mormon religion, the “mainstream” Utah Mormon religion easily utilizes its vast media resources to disguise any involvement in their treacherous activities, and at the same time broadcast symbolic messages to loyal Mormons that are “hidden in plain sight” that Mormon prophecy is at work. Between 1890 and 1957, the actions of the “mainstream” Utah Mormons were nothing more than a strategic rouse designed to fool the American people and a Federal Government they despise. They were actually only appearing to be nice because of a secret Mormon prophecy called the “Parable of the Wheat and the Tares”, taught them that the Mormons would “live among the tares [non-Mormons]”, ”become hidden for a time”, “arise”, “separate themselves from and burn the tares” and then “take their place as the rightful heirs of America”. The Mormon hierarchy even delights in disseminating secret Mormon symbology that no one but other Mormons can decipher. And, they do this today because they still believe that Mormonism is superior to “Christianity”, because their theology teaches “Christians are vile and decadent” and because the real tenets of their religion and theology are unknown to everyone but themselves. If you know anything about Mormon symbology, there are actually many clues to this. One such clue is found in an eerie comment made by the late Mormon President Gordon B. Hinckley in November of 2001, wherein he stated, “Those who observe us say that we are moving into the mainstream of religion. We are not changing. The world's perception of us is changing. We teach the same doctrine". Hinckley made his eerie comment in the Salt Lake Temple in November 2001, just after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Hinckley’s clue is hardly the only example of this phenomenon. The biggest clue of all can be found in J. Reuben Clark’s ostensibly patriotic presentation of “The Constitution” in the Salt Lake Temple on April 6, 1957. April 6th, by the way, is the same date that the Mormon religion was officially incorporated in Fayette, New York as the Church of Christ, in 1830.
J. Reuben Clark was a member of the Utah Mormon religion’s “First Presidency” who ostensibly gave a patriotic presentation to Mormons in the Salt Lake temple on April 6, 1957. However, his presentation entitle The Constitution was actually a call-to-arms for all Mormons to “awaken” and “begin working towards fulfilling the political destiny of the religion”. Clark’s presentation even referenced one of Joseph Smith’s secret allegorical religious prophecies known as the “Parable of the Wheat and the Tares”, which teaches that the Mormons will “live among the tares [non-Mormons]”, ”become hidden for a time”, “arise”, “separate themselves from and burn the tares” and then “take their place as the rightful heirs of America”. This prophecy is still canon today, and is obviously still taught today. When this “mainstream” Mormon parable is combined with Joseph Smith’s 9/11 prophecy, which he made in 1831 after he and his Mormons were kicked out of New York for owning slaves, the incredible notion that Mormons might actually be behind the recent terrorist attacks against the United States suddenly doesn’t appear to be that far-fetched anymore. Coincidentally, Clark’s 1957 presentation was made exactly 100-years after the September 11, 1857 Mountain Meadows Massacre, wherein Mormons massacred 120 innocent men, women and children and Brigham Young’s declaration of independence from the United States on September 15, 1857. Further, the 100-year period between 1857 and 1957 corresponds exactly to the “4-generations” mentioned in the second version of the “Mormon Oath of Vengeance against America” (25-years per generation, 4 times 25 equals 100). And, in 1995, the New York Times documented members of Robert Millar’s Elohim City religious sect sang hymns that referred to “The Golden grain and the Tares”.
At this point, a short review of Mormon history would be helpful. Joseph Smith had his so-called “first vision” in 1820, when he was only 14-years old. Smith, who was also later arrested and convicted in New York state for “treasure seeking” and believing in magic, claimed the Angel Moroni came to him in his vision and showed him the secret location of the buried “golden plates”, which Smith then proceeded to translate into the Book of Mormon. However, also in 1820, the US Congress passed the “Missouri Compromise of 1820”, which banned slavery in “northern States” and relegated slavery to states south of the Mason-Dixon Line. And, in a huge coincidence, Smith belonged to a cadre of individuals in up-state New York who owned slaves north of the new Mason-Dixon Line. Unhappy at prospect of uprooting and moving to a slave-State, divesting themselves of their slaves or fighting the US Government, they chose to move to a slave State and fight the US Government. Between 1820 and 1830, Smith translated the so-called Golden Plates into the Book of Mormon. On April 6, 1830, Smith published his Book of Mormon and formally incorporated his new Mormon religion as the “Church of Christ”. However, because of the issue of slavery and because Smith also openly taught that his new Mormon religion would “vanquish” Christianity, Smith and his Mormon were forced out of New York in the fall of 1830. Not surprisingly, they chose to migrate to Missouri, which was a slave-state. At the time however, one could not simply just move to another location that was 1,000 miles away, so they had to stop over in Kirtland, Ohio. By the fall of 1831, Smith had settled in Kirtland, but he was seething with anger at being forced out of New York. And, it was this anger that let him to write his 9/11 prophecy, and he first Oath of Vengeance against America. I am not providing a record of the 1831 “Oath” because 2-newer “Oaths” are more relevant to today’s events:
1845 Version: "Do you do solemnly swear, in the presence of Almighty God, his holy angels, and these witnesses, that you will avenge the blood of Joseph Smith upon this nation; and so teach your children; and that you will from this day henceforth and forever begin and carry out hostility against this nation, and keep the same a profound secret now and ever. So help you God."
1890 Version: "Do you and each of you covenant and promise that you will pray and never cease to pray to Almighty God to avenge the blood of the prophets upon this nation, and that you will teach the same to your children and to your children's children unto the third and fourth generation."
When Joseph Smith began adding newer and even more radical theological doctrine to his already radical Mormon religion between 1842 and 1844, this was a strategic move to elevate the Mormon religion and Mormon Government, which is essentially “Sharia Law” above the Judeo-Christian Laws of America and suspend the rule of Judeo-Christian American law in Nauvoo. At the same time, Smith had his secret “Council of 50” ordain him “King of Zion”, which Smith claimed held dominion over the United States, began forming his Nauvoo Legion to overthrow the U.S. with military force and announced his candidacy for President of the United States in an effort to gain “legitimate” control over the United States Government. The Changing World of Mormonism by Jerald and Sandra Tanner (Chicago: Moody Press, 1981) documents:
"…The fact that Joseph Smith would allow himself to be crowned king shows that he was driven by the idea of gaining power. It is very possible that Smith seriously believed that he would become president and that he would rule as king over the people of the United States. The attempt by Joseph Smith to become president seems to have been a treasonous plot to bring the United States Government under the rule of the priesthood. Klaus J. Hansen observed: "But what if, through a bold stroke, he could capture the United States for the Kingdom? The Council of Fifty thought there might be a chance and nominated the Mormon prophet for the Presidency of the United States." (Dialogue: A Journal of Mormon Thought, Autumn 1966, p.67)
This, of course, also helps explain why Smith was arrested for treason against the United States (the 2nd time) in 1844. The key point here is that another key theological principle that Smith added to his Mormon religion during this same period of time was his “Doctrine of the Gospel Versus the Law”, which teaches that the Mormon religion’s “Laws of God” were more legitimate than the vile and decadent Judeo-Christian “Laws of Man”, which he taught were “of the Jew”.
Most Americans would be shocked to learn that one of the key tenets of the Mormon religion is that it isn’t even “Christian” at all. The secret Mormon prophecy of “Daniel” teaches that the Mormon religion will be the “Fourth (and final) Dispensation of Religion”, will be the “true restoration of God’s Kingdom on Earth” and will be a “bona fide Government of God ruled by Priest-Kings”. “Daniel” is essentially saying the Mormon religion will replace Christianity, which is the 3rd dispensation of religion. At the same time, Smith also introduced his new “Melchizedek Priesthood”, which turned Mormon males bestowed with the “Priesthood” into “Man-Gods” who had been given “the keys” to transcend the Judo-Christian “Man Laws” of America and the “Laws of Moses” (Christianity’s 10-commandments). Another tenet of the Mormon prophecy of “Daniel” is that God actually took the “Priesthood” from the Jews who had forsaken God by adopting and governing their culture in accordance with “Man’s laws” instead of “God’s Laws”. And, when all of these theological concepts are combined into a single unified body of Mormon theology, a foundation is created that infuses the notion that members of the Mormon religion are “Gods” who have been “chosen” and who are destined to “conquer” Christianity and the Government of the United States. Incredibly, there is no difference between Joseph Smith’s theology of 1844 and the theology of so-called “Identity Christians” of today. Quite simply, Mormons believe that the Judeo-Christian laws of the United States are illegitimate because they are derived from “the Jew” and that the “Mormon Government” is legitimate because it is based on “Gods’ Laws”. When Joseph Smith began integrating these new theological concepts into Mormon theology around 1842, he also wrote the very first version of the “Doctrine of the Constitution Hanging by a Thread”. This doctrine teaches Mormons that it was really their Mormon God, Elohim, who actually inspired the Founding Fathers to write the Constitution in order to ensure the manifest destiny of Mormonism in America, that “Christianity” would be vanquished and that America would become a “Mormon Kingdom of Zion”.
The “Mormon cosmology” documented in the Pearl of Great Price teaches that the Mormon God Elohim lives on a planet that revolves around the great governing star of Kolob, that Elohim came to earth and sired Jesus, which is how the Virgin Mary was impregnated, that Jesus was really a “Man-God” because of his lineage (“Adam-God theory” and premise for “Melchizedek Priesthood”), that Jesus was actually a polygamist who married Mary, Mary Magdalene and Martha, that Jesus sired many children before his death and that Joseph Smith is a direct descendant of Jesus. Joseph Smith’s Mormon theology also teaches that Satan is actually Elohim’s [God’s] brother. Orson Pratt, one of Joseph Smith’s original “Twelve Apostles”, made this statement about the Devil between 1835 and 1839:
“…Who founded the Roman Catholic Church? The Devil, through the medium of Apostates, who subverted the whole order of God by denying immediate revelation, and substituting in the place thereof, tradition and ancient revelations as a sufficient rule of faith and practice. But did not the first Protestant Reformers receive their ordination and authority from the Catholics? Yes: and in this manner they received all the authority that their mother church was in possession of; and the mother having derived her authority from the Devil, could only impart that which his Satanic majesty was pleased to bestow upon her”. Orson Pratt (The Seer, p. 205, 1854)
John Taylor, the 3rd President of the Mormon religion, made this statement between 1880 and 1887:
"Why is it, in fact, that we should have a devil? Why did the Lord not kill him long ago? Because he could not do without him. He needed the devil and a great many of those who do his bidding to keep men straight, that we may learn to place our dependence on God, and trust in Him, and to observe his laws and keep his commandments” (Journal of Discourses 23:336).
Further, the Mormons’ History of the Church and the prophecy of “Daniel” teach that “the Jews” are the illegitimate offspring of Cain, that all of the dark-skinned people of the world (Book of Mormon Lamanites) are “cursed with mark of Cain” and are the illegitimate offspring of “the Jew”, which explains why they would never be able to hold the Mormon “Melchizedek Priesthood”. “Daniel” also teaches that Elohim took the “Priesthood” away from the Jews after they forsook “God’s Laws” for their own “Laws of Man”.
There can be little doubt about what really caused the searing schism between Joseph Smith’s fledgling Mormon religion, Christianity and America. It can only have been the Missouri Compromise of 1820, which would have forced every slave owner north of the Mason-Dixon Line to up-root and to leave their properties, face giving up their slaves without compensation or fight the very religion and Government that caused this to happen in the first place. In fact, being forced to give up slavery without any compensation was one of the key indictments that Smith made against the United States Government and its’ abolitionist policies in his fraudulent 1844 presidential platform that was published by the Mormon religion 22-years after Smith’s death, in 1886, entitled, The Prophet Joseph Smith’s Views on the Power and Policy of the Government of the United States. There is little doubt that the organizers of the Mormon religion believed that slavery was indeed a “divine institution” that was sanctioned by God. Not surprisingly, the Mormons even began enslaved the Utah Indians after they arrived in the western territories and founded their Mormon nation of Deseret. Clearly, the Mormons did not wish to give up slavery, especially without compensation. Smith’s Mormons were clearly dedicated to the institution of slavery in America and the notion they were superior everybody in America, Christians and Lamanites alike. Further, this sentiment obviously ran so deep that the Mormons chose to fight the United States Government rather than surrender their beliefs. Fighting the very religion and Government that gave birth to the 1820 Missouri Compromise and created the genesis of their struggle in America was now their supreme cause. This was the genesis of Joseph Smith’s new Mormon religion, which Smith ironically knew would have to be protected by the Constitution of the United States, because of “religious freedom”. So, in 1820, Young Joseph Smith had a vision from God, wherein he envisioned a new United States “Mormon Kingdom of Zion” with a “Mormon King” at its head, which allowed slavery and whose “Constitution” was “conquered” by the very religion it was created to protect.
This same legacy is responsible for today’s terrorist environment, which is dominated by radical Mormon “Christian Identity” groups that are white supremacist, neo-Nazi, anti-Christian, anti-Semitic, racists and anti-American. Incredibly, every major "Christian Identity” group in America behind today’s terrorist environment was founded by Mormons or Mormon fundamentalists. This includes Dan Gayman (Church of Israel), Robert Mathews (The Order), James Ellison and Kerry Noble (The Covenant, the Sword and the Arm of the Lord) and Peter Langan (The Aryan Republican Army). Further, every one of these organizations assisted in creating the terrorist environment that led to the 1993 WTC bombing, the 1995 OKC bombing and 9/11. Remember also that Joseph Smith actually wrote a prophecy about 9/11 in 1831, on September 11, 1957, Mormons dressed up as Indians and massacred 120 innocent men, women and children in what is today known as the Mountain Meadows Massacre and in 1878 Mormon apostle Orson Pratt wrote a prophecy about the destruction of New York City. At the time Pratt wrote this “unofficial” Mormon prophecy, Brigham Young had just been dethroned by the US Government as “King of Zion” of the sovereign Mormon nation of Deseret, the Utah Territory (Deseret) was the only slave territory in the western territories, Mormons had enslaved the Indians of Utah, AO Smoot was a danite and slave owner and a slave by the name of Green Flake was tithed to the Mormon religion in 1850 after James M. Flake died and his widow didn’t want to deal with the burden of owning a slave. The quote by Brigham Young below seems to have summed up Mormon sentiment towards Blacks at the time:
“..Shall I tell you the law of God in regard to the African race? If the white man who belongs to the chosen seed mixes his blood with the seed of Cain, the penalty, under the law of God, is death on the spot. This will always be so. The nations of the earth have transgressed every law that God has given, they have changed the ordinances and broken every covenant made with the fathers…” – Brigham Young, "The Persecutions of the Saints, etc.," (8 March 1863) Journal of Discourses 10:111
After the Utah War ended in February of 1858, and as the US Congress began carving-up Deseret and giving portions of it away to adjacent States that were loyal to the United States Government, the Mormons became more and more desperate to have their own State. By 1886, they were so desperate that they concocted an elaborate public relations scheme that blamed slavery and racism on Brigham Young, who died in 1877 and couldn’t defend himself (one of his polygamous wives poisoned him with arsenic after learning he was about to give her lovely daughter to some geriatric polygamous old coot) and created the notion that Joseph Smith was a progressive abolitionist who was assassinated because of his progressive beliefs. However, this is just another ridiculous lie perpetrated by a religion built on lies. Presented below is actual proof that Joseph Smith not only sanctioned slavery, but that his Mormons owned slaves in Kirtland, Ohio in 1836. In 1836, Joseph Smith and his main contingent of Mormons in Kirtland, Ohio were visited by Federal agents who were there to remind them that slavery was banned north of the Mason-Dixon Line. Smith was so angered by this that he wrote a letter and documented his feelings for all time. He then published this letter in April of 1836 in his very own Mormon Newspaper, the Messenger and Advocate. This letter is shown below:
“DEAR SIR: —This place (Kirtland) having recently been visited by a gentleman who advocated the principles or doctrines of those who are called ABOLITIONISTS, and his presence having created an interest in that subject, if you deem the following reflections of any service, or think they will have a tendency to correct the opinions of the Southern public,...you are at liberty to give them publicity... I FEAR that the sound might go out, that 'an Abolitionist' had held forth several times to this community,...all, except a very few, attended to their own vocations, and left the gentleman to hold forth his own arguments to nearly naked walls.
I am aware that many, who PROFESS to preach the Gospel, complain against their brethren of the same faith, who reside in the South, and are ready to withdraw the hand of fellowship, because they will not renounce the principle of slavery, and raise their voice against every thing of the kind. This must be a tender point, and one which should call forth the candid reflections of all men, and more especially before they advance in an opposition calculated to lay waste the fair states of the South, and let loose upon the world a community of people, who might, peradventure, OVERRUN OUR COUNTRY, AND VIOLATE THE MOST SACRED PRINCIPLES OF HUMAN SOCIETY, CHASTITY AND VIRTUE.... I do not believe that the people of the North have any more right to say that the South shall not hold slaves, than the South have to say the North shall.
How any community can ever be excited with the CHATTER of such persons, boys and others, who are too indolent to obtain their living by honest industry, and are incapable of pursuing any occupation of a professional nature, is unaccountable to me; and when I see persons in the free states, signing documents against slavery, it is no less, in my mind, than an army of influence, and a DECLARATION OF HOSTILITIES, against the people of the South. What course can sooner divide our union? After having expressed myself so freely upon this subject, I do not doubt, but those who have been forward in raising their voices against the South, will cry out against me as being uncharitable, unfeeling, unkind, and wholly unacquainted with the Gospel of Christ...the first mention we have of slavery is found in the Holy Bible,...And so far from that prediction being averse to the mind of God, it remains as a lasting monument of the DECREE OF JEHOVAH, to the shame and confusion of all who HAVE CRIED OUT against the South, in consequence of their holding the sons of Ham in SERVITUDE.
I can say, the CURSE IS NOT YET TAKEN OFF FROM THE SONS OF CANAAN, neither will be until it is affected by as great a power as caused it to come; and the people who INTERFERE THE LEAST WITH THE PURPOSES OF GOD in this matter, will come under the LEAST CONDEMNATION BEFORE HIM; and those who are determined to pursue a course, which shows an opposition, and a feverish restlessness against the DECREES OF THE LORD, will learn, when perhaps it is too late for their own good, that God can do his own work, without the aid of those who are not dictated by His counsel.
Joseph Smith”
