The book The Oklahoma City Bombing and the Politics of Terror includes additional information about the ANFO used in McVeigh’s Ryder Truck bomb. A passage in the book explains that after Cary Cagan (undercover drug operative) snorted some cocaine at the Western Motel in Las Vegas, NV, he drove to an apartment complex in Henderson, NV called the Player’s Club thinking he was about to transport another routine shipment of cocaine. However, he became alarmed after he learned what his cargo really was. According to Cagan, he was staring at a delivery truck that had been purchased at Government auction and had been painted to look exactly like an operational mail truck. Additionally, in the back of the truck were 30-duffel bags of ANFO marked “US Mail”, and boxes from Sandex Explosives marked “high explosives”.
 
On January 14, 1995, Cagan claims he picked up the truck at the Metro Bar & Grill and drove it to a Marriott Hotel outside of Golden, CO. All of this would seem to fit with the entire radical Mormon "Christian Identity" terrorist theme, because Henderson, NV is a Mormon town and J.W. Mariott is a well known Mormon. The reader should also be remineded that both the 1993 WTC and 1995 OKC bombs were executing Ryder truck rentals and that the President and CEO of Ryder is Mormon stake President Anthoney Burns, who lived in Florida. Further Dyno-Nobel a Salt Lake City based explosives manufacturer (and CIA front company) sold all of the ANFO that Ramzi Yousef used in make his Ryder Truck bomb, which Al Qaida superspy in the US, Ali Mohamed, helped to procure for Yousef.

In November of 1994, just before Nichols traveled to Cebu City to meet with Ramzi Yousef, Arkansas gun dealer Roger Moore was robbed by either the Mormon Aryan Republican Army, or Nichols and McVeigh. Who actually robbed him is unknown. But, but, who actually robbed him doesn't matter because they are all the same organization anyway. After the robbery, Nichols left for Las Vegas and gave his sealed note to his ex-wife, Lana Padilla who opened it immediately (against Nichols' instructions). Besides the $20,000 that Nichols left for Padilla and his son Josh, his message also revealed instructions that, in the event of his death, all his cash and valuables were to be sent to his wife, Marife, who was already in Cebu City. It also contained a message for Mcveigh saying, “Go for it. As far as heat, none that I am aware of” and contained instructions on how McVeigh could retrieve the ANFO that Nichols had hidden in the rented storage unit in Herington, KS.
