In spite of Carol Howe’s perceived weaknesses, she made a lot of statements that were indisputably true and she was an agent for the ATF, even if she was only making $25 per week. Howe is quoted at the time as saying, "Mahan has long been suspected of being a player in the conspiracy to bomb the Murrah building", she also said several times, "the Iraqi government has given Dennis Mahon thousands of dollars over the past six years, and Mahon has been banned from entering Canada and the United Kingdom, and is classified by Interpol as an international terrorist". Another interesting thing Howe said was, “The FBI did not even bother to interview Mahon in connection with the Oklahoma City bombing". An FBI agent who was later assigned to the Oklahoma City investigation allegedly said, “…based on all of the documents and scattered pieces of related testimony, one thing began to seem to be perfectly clear. The FBI really, really, really, REALLY didn’t want to present a case to the public that tied the Aryan Republican Army or Elohim City to the Oklahoma City bombing”.

This comment is quite interesting because of the significant number of Mormons in the ARA and the FBI. This link alone could have possibly led non-Mormon authorities back to Gordon Kahl, James Ellison and the Mormon dominated CSA, which began planning to bomb the Murrah building in Oklahoma City way back in 1983. It also might have led authorities to link other violent Mormon "Identity Christians" to the 1995 OKC bombing such as  Robert Mathews and his group The Order, Dan Gayman and his Church of Israel, all of whom were violent Mormon "Identity Christians" who advocated the violent overthrow of the United States. It also seems crystal clear that certain authorities inside the FBI, the CIA and the Justice Department were acting in unison to quash any information that could link the clearly pervasive Mormon terrorist connection to the 1993 WTC bombing, the 1995 OKC bombing and 9/11. Further, because of the significant number of Mormons in both camps (Mormon terrorists and "mainstream" Mormons in the FBI, CIA and Bush Adminsitration) it is not very difficult to imagine which authorities inside the FBI, the CIA and the Justice Department might have a vested interest in quashing information that might expose this Mormon connection. By the time of the 1995 OKC bombing, there were large contingents of Mormons inside the CIA and FBI, after the 1995 OKC bombing, the FBI had to be “re-organization” because of the “rift” between Mormon and non-Mormon “factions” inside the FBI. And, even the Justice Department was under the control of Utah Mormon Senator, Orrin Hatch who was the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee at the time. Coincidentally, the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee oversees the Justice Department and the FBI.
