A passage in the book explains that after Cary Cagan (undercover drug operative) snorted some cocaine at the Western Motel in Las Vegas, NV, he drove to an apartment complex in Henderson, NV called the Player’s Club thinking he was about to transport another routine shipment of cocaine. However, he became alarmed after he learned what his cargo really was.
