Billionaire Adnan Khashoggi was very proud as he stood on the site of the new Triad Center in Salt Lake City with Mormon Apostle Dallin Oaks, Emanuel Floor and his brother Essam Khashoggi on June 7, 1985. This day marked the gala groundbreaking of the Triad's twin 43-story towers and other buildings that made up the new master planned business center in downtown Salt Lake City.
